Anthony Huck

CEO

Mr. Anthony (“Tony”) Huck has nearly 35 years of Wall Street experience. Before joining Score Priority, Tony served as President and COO of Lime Brokerage where he directed business operations and initiatives to support the financial technology and brokerage firm. He also held senior executive positions at firms such as Citadel, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Investment Technology Group where Tony focused on portfolio trading, execution services, and algorithmic trading. Tony received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tony resides in Connecticut and is the proud father of seven children. He enjoys reading, drawing, and all things Wisconsin sports.

Adam Wang

President

With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, Mr. Adam Wang serves as the President of Score Priority. Adam started his career in buy-side research and excelled into trading, business development and management. His prior employers include RBC Capital Market, Tradition N.A and FXDD. Adam earned a BS in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. As a member of the Ironman community and various cycling clubs, Adam is passionate about endurance sports. He also enjoys travel.

John Clifford

CFO/CCO

Mr. John Clifford brings nearly 30 years of experience in financial services to his roles. John has served as Managing Director of Kimball & Cross Investment Management Corp. where he led the firm’s finance and compliance departments. He received a BA in History from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. For John, life is complete being the father to three daughters with a little time for classic movies and golf.

Johan Sandblom

Head of Institutional Business Development

With over 20 years of Wall Street experience, Mr. Johan Sandblom is the Head of Institutional Business Development for Score Priority’s institutional offering. Prior to joining Score Priority, Johan was with Lime Brokerage and also served as Head of U.S. Execution for Neonet Securities, Inc. Johan received his BA degree in Marketing, an MBA in Finance, and an MSIS degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. Johan was an All-American tennis player for the University where he achieved national rankings. He lives with his wife and two daughters enjoying all types of outdoor activities.

Lugene Forte

COO

Ms. Forte has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry covering end-to-end solutions in electronic trading. Before joining Score Priority, Lugene held multiple senior management positions including COO, CFO and CAO for FinTech companies such as Investment Technology Group and Liquidnet. She also built and managed teams at BNY Brokerage and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (CSFB) where she focused on agency-only trading services for investment managers, pension plans and broker dealers. Lugene lives in New York City with her son.

Nicole Harner Williams

Chief Legal Officer

Ms. Nicole Williams joins Score Priority with over 20 years of legal experience. Her career began at large law firms advising various Fortune 500 clients on corporate transactions and financial products. Moving to inhouse counsel, she worked for a publicly trading holding company and its subsidiaries, including a broker dealer and a futures commission merchant. Next, Nicole served as General Counsel for a principal trading firm. Nicole received a BA in Business from Western Michigan University and a JD from University of Wisconsin. Nicole lives in Chicago and can be found drawing and creating in her spare time.

Michael Earlywine

Head of RIA Services

Mr. Michael Earlywine spent his early career in FinTech startups building equity trading and crossing systems that were acquired by ITG (now Virtu). He has continually been on the cutting edge of electronic and algorithmic trading, spending time at Jefferies/ITG and Bear Stearns and the floor of the NYSE. After that, Mike was head trader at Ecofin focused on asset growth. He also focused on trade analytics and best execution at Abel Noser Solutions. Mike holds a BS in Business from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Fordham University. He lives in Morristown, NJ with his wife, Elaine, and their three children.

Alex Scott

Head of Retail

Mr. Alex Scott leads the Score Priority Retail Broker Dealer. He has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in product management. Alex most recently oversaw the StreetSmart Edge platform at Charles Schwab. Prior to that he led options product management at Schwab and performed various roles at CyberTrader and Schwab. Alex holds an BA in Music Performance and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Alex lives with his family in Austin, Texas, enjoys traveling and is an avid double bass player.

Tim Larason

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Tim Larason brings more than 20 years of FinTech experience to his role as CTO at Score Priority. His background includes leadership positions at industry powerhouses like Barclays Capital, E*Trade and Lehman Brothers. During his time at E*Trade, Tim revolutionized the company’s server-side ecosystem. Previously, he spent eight years guiding Barclays’ Electronic Trading Technology division. He is also one of the founders of FuturesMedia. Tim is a firm believer in continuing education. When he is not at work or spending time with his wife and three girls, Tim can be found hiking, baking, skiing, paddle tennis, gardening and drawing.
